Hello and welcome,

Thank you for taking the time to look at my blog.

I am an experienced lean six sigma master black belt, working with people from every level in business.

I have delivered hundreds of kaizen events including events in USA, China and Japan, multiple large scale projects, trained well over 2000 people and delivered millions of pound of benefits to business, ranging from lead to order process improvements, process flow layouts, pack and dispatch warehouse redesigns to simple daily management deployment, leader standard work and coaching.

I am a family man, a cancer survivor and bit of a technology geek who also loves running. On these pages you will find my CV, my muses on running, lean six sigma and my experience of cancer.
